Our Team Approach
At Professional Therapy Services, we believe in good communication and the promotion of a positive team approach. Our team members include physicians, nurses, employers, case managers, adjusters, attorneys, insurance company representatives, and other authorized personnel. In addition, we understand that communication is vital to the overall success of each patient's outcome. Therefore, we routinely notify each appropriate team member of the patient's status via written communication.

Accessing Our Services
To receive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy  rehabilitation services from our rehabilitation center, you will need a prescription from one of the following: Physician, Chiropractor, Dentist, or Nurse Practitioner.

Payment & Insurance
We accept all insurance plans and are a participating provider for most networks including Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, and private insurances.  As a matter of convenience for our patients, we will verify all insurance plans and perform any necessary pre-certification and file all claims. We also accept all major debit and credit cards.
